Humming Bird
I got a humming
In
My Spirit
And it won’t
Let me
Stop
Focusing my attention
On the things that
Means so Much
It’s a slow momentous hum
Not monotonous
In Sound
Like the crashing of the waves
As it caresses the
Golden sand
Its vibrates these words in motion
In
You
I
Have
A
Plan
I got a humming in my spirit
And feel led
To
Sing
This tune
My time of change is coming
And it’s coming
Really
SOON
I waited patiently
For my turn
Feeling happy for those
Who have achieved
Success
But when I started to get
Impatient
My Spirit whispered
“Rest”
So
Who was I
To question
For I had no answers of my
Own
Only knew that the
Path I had taken
Meant
I had
To travel
Alone
So I walk
With
Humility
With purpose
Clouding my eyes
For this humming
In my spirit
Is humming
This bird is ready
To
Fly
